Darling Bud No. 2

Super excited as I can announce I am expecting my second little darling, due in December! I have gone a little bit crazy with all the beautiful baby and children's clothing, toys and decor but am yet to decide whether or not to find out the gender!

Lovely Linens...

From the lovely Cottage and Cabin Shop

I have yet to come across any linen cot sets in Australia, they will definately be stocked in my shop as I think they are just divine! Soft, and ruffly, with that relaxed natural perfection suited to the most littlest of darlings. I have featured some of my favourites above, hope you love them as much as me!

I adore adore adore anything that mixes vintage and floral and these beautiful fabrics from Christina Strutt's Cabbages and Roses range are just gorgeous...The possibilities are endless and although I am always attracted to these types of fabrics for decor, I am thinking that some little vintage style playsuits with matching bonnets in this fabric range would be just adorable for a darling bud! And the Cabbages and Roses ship print fabric would be lovely for a little nautical playsuit for boys!

One for the boys...

Adoring the Autumn - Winter 2011 range from Australian brand Seed Child. The range for boys is delightful, perfect for a day of outdoor exploration. I always wanted to give my children a Famous Five style upbringing, filled with endless days spent outdoors, moutains of picnic food and of course plenty of adventure! I think the Seed range is perfectly matched - I have lots on my wish list for my little darling man Rafferty, although he would be more than happy running around outside in the buff!

Darling Buds... a sweet children's boutique for all things pretty, whimsical, vintage and organic for the darling buds in our lives.

My online boutique will open by the end of year (I am so excited!) and plans are underway for a bricks and mortar shop in the near future, just need to find the perfect little rustic shop! Many of the items I blog about will be items I will have stocked in my shop, as well as links to handmade tutorials, as well as anything that simply inspires me!
